If you write to us, we process your name, email, phone number and message in order to reply. Legal basis: your request (pre-contract steps, or an interest in getting in touch).

New client

If you register, we use the company, tax ID, contact person, phone, email, town, address and the service requested, in order to open the file. Before we keep it, we check the email with a code that expires after one hour. Legal basis: your request.

If you are already a client and you request a service from Utilities, we keep the description of the problem and the notes with your file. To send it you must accept that it is a work order and that it will be invoiced according to the current rates. That order is emailed to ADOS and a copy goes to the client, with the details and a PDF sheet.

Commercial information

Only if you tick the box on the form. In that case we keep the name, email and phone number to send you information from ADOS. You can withdraw permission by writing to contacto@ados.pro.

Retention

For as long as the conversation lasts, and for as long as needed if it leads to a job or a legal duty.

Cookies and analytics

This ADOS site does not include Google Analytics. If measurement is added later, we will say so and ask for consent when that is required.
